Today we decided to head to Sea World for the day with Lora Beth & the girls and her friend Shannon. Madison was able to get in free thanks to Rob's military discount..yay! We had a long car ride, but lots of fun once we got there.

Happy 4th of July!
One of my favorite holidays has always been the 4th, but this one was a little sad....Jordan was leaving for sleep away camp in Jupiter with the girl scouts for a week. I know she'll have the best time, but we'll miss her so much.
Here she is being embarrassed by me taking her picture while she gets her feet checked for scrapes before entering camp.
Here I am with Sheri....I love self portraits!
Ok well next time I know, enough of me....Madison looks too cute!
Allan, James, and Grandpa.
We had such a great party and so many friends over. We were so happy to have opened our home to everyone, they make it so much fun!

Fun with Sheri & the kids.
We met Sheri and the kids at the botanical gardens today for the kids science event and it was really fun. Elliott loved being right up in the action and maybe even learned something...
Emily and Elliott, she loves to "baby" him and he falls right into it!
We made our own bubbles and they worked really well and we used a pipe cleaner to blow them.
After we left the garden we headed over to the humane society where Sheri fell in love with Tommy (a cat). She tried to talk me into getting him, no thank you, we are full of pets. Elliott loved the dogs & cats and stuck his hands in all the cages, making me very nervous. We then hit McDonald's for lunch...yummy for the kids, I'd rather be at Red Lobster myself....

Fountains, crafts, and my birthday!
So my birthday is usually celebrated on July 4th the 1st is a quiet day with just our normal activities. We met Sheri, Sheri F. (who I have not seen forever), and Sheri's friend Colleen there. It was a beautiful day and I was sad to leave to get the girls, Elliott was having so much fun. They are at horse camp this week and loving every minute of it. I have never seen them so happy after any camp. The ride horses, shoot bow and arrows, fish, swim, go on hayrides and four wheelers, feed animals and have an awesome time. Next summer they will be going a couple weeks for sure.
After camp Gillian came home with us. Her and Madison have been friends since before they were 2 and they love hanging out when we make time. Her mom, Alyssa. has a very busy schedule with work so we can't always meet up. The girls played every toy in Madison's room, outside and then did some crafts. It was a fun day.
